Tour Description
The first stop will be Choirokoitia for a coffee break before continuing to Strovilia check point (passports necessary) to cross the United Nations Green Line. We continue to the ancient Kingdom of Salamis built in the 12th Century BC and visit the Ancient Theatre, Roman Baths, Mosaics and Gymnasium. Before continuing on to the city of Famagusta with its many Gothic churches and surrounded by Venetian walls. There will be time to visit the Cathedral of St Nikolaos built in 1312 and converted in 1570 into a mosque as well as free time for sightseeing, shopping, and lunch (not included). Finally, a short walking tour to visit part of the “Ghost Town – Varosha” to see the abandoned houses and hotels which have been frozen in time since 1974. Learn about it's history, sudden evacuation and partial reopening.

Ukrainian Citizens living in Cyprus with a refugee status. 9.Greek old ID CARDS which are handwritten with a pen. Greek citizens are allowed to cross if they have an EU ID card or a passport. Must be ready at least 10 minutes before at your pick up point
