TROODOS / KYKKO MONASTERY

Discover the GREEN HEART of Cyprus. The drive will take us through evergreen forests, lush valleys and old traditional villages. Visit PLATRES, the largest of the mountain resorts and then pass by the highest point MOUNT OLYMPUS. We arrive at THRONI, where there is a small chapel and the TOMB OF ARCHIBISHOP MAKARIOS III, located 1320m above sea level. Then on to the KYKKOS MONASTERY, the most famous and wealthiest monastery on the Island. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant (extra). On your return you will travel through the forest of Paphos.
